This policy explains what data the mobile game SIEGELINE RIVALS (Android package com.siegeline.game, “the game”) collects, why it is collected, and what you can do about it. The game is published by Mohyeldeen (“we”, “us”), who is the controller of that data.

The short version

The game creates an account for you automatically so your progress can be saved.
We collect what is needed to run matches, save progress, and rank players — nothing else.
There are no ads, no advertising identifiers, and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for marketing.
You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time: request deletion.

What we collect

We do not ask you for your name, email address, phone number, or date of birth.

Account data

A device identifier generated by the game and stored on your device. This is how your account is recognised when you reopen the game; it is not your advertising ID.
The display name you choose in game.
Your friends list, friend requests, and challenges you send or receive.

Gameplay data

Progression: unit and card levels, card copies, chests, gold and gems.
Match records: results, trophies, rank, and recent match history.
Leaderboard entries — your display name and trophy count are visible to other players on in-game leaderboards and to the players you are matched against.

Technical data

Your IP address and connection metadata, processed by our game servers while you are connected so the match can reach you.
Server-side logs of errors and of requests to our backend, used to diagnose problems and to detect abuse.

What we do not collect: contacts, photos, precise location, microphone or camera data, advertising identifiers, or any special-category personal data.

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract (running the game you asked to play) and on our legitimate interests in keeping the game working, fair, and secure.

Who else sees it

Other players see your display name, trophies, rank, and leaderboard position.
Our hosting provider operates the servers on which the game backend and its database run, and therefore stores the data on our behalf.
Google Play distributes the app and handles the download itself. Google’s own handling of that is covered by Google’s privacy policy, not this one.
We will disclose data if we are legally required to.

That is the complete list. There are no advertising networks, data brokers, or analytics vendors involved.

Where it is stored, and for how long

Game data is stored in a database on servers we control, and is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/WSS). Access to the servers is restricted to the developer.

We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. When you ask us to delete it, we act on the request within 30 days. We may keep a minimal record of a ban or of confirmed abuse after deletion, and ordinary server logs may persist for a short period in routine backups before rotating out.

Your choices and rights

You can:

Delete your account and its data — see Account deletion.
Ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct it.
Object to processing or ask us to restrict it.
Complain to your local data protection authority if you are in a region that provides one.

Email support@mohyeldeen.dev for any of these. Because accounts are not tied to an email address, we may need to ask you for details that only the account holder would know before we act on a request.

Uninstalling the game does not delete your account — the account stays on our servers so your progress can be restored. Use the deletion page if you want it gone.

Children

The game is not directed at children. It is intended for players aged 13 and over (or the minimum age required in your country, if that is higher). We do not knowingly collect data from children below that age. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the “last updated” date at the top of the page changes with it, and the current version always lives at this URL. Material changes will also be announced in the game.
