Terms of Service
Last updated:
These terms are the agreement between you and Mohyeldeen (“we”, “us”) for the mobile
game SIEGELINE RIVALS (Android package com.siegeline.game, “the game”). By
installing or playing the game, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not play.
Questions: support@mohyeldeen.dev.
1. Who may play
You must be at least 13 years old, or older if your country requires it. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only play with the permission of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.
2. Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game for your own entertainment. You may not sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the game or any part of it.
3. Your account
An account is created for you automatically when you first open the game, tied to an identifier on your device. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Do not share it, sell it, or use anyone else’s.
You can delete your account at any time — see Account deletion.
4. Fair play
Matches are decided on our servers, and we take that seriously. You agree not to:
- modify the game, use cheats, bots, macros, automation, or unauthorised third-party software;
- exploit bugs instead of reporting them;
- interfere with our servers or attempt to gain access to systems or accounts that are not yours;
- choose a display name that is offensive, impersonates someone else, or infringes another party’s rights — we may change or remove such a name;
- harass, threaten, or abuse other players.
If you break these rules we may warn, suspend, reset progression, or permanently ban the account, at our discretion and without refund.
5. Virtual items
The game contains virtual currency (gold, gems), cards, chests, and unit levels (“virtual items”). You should understand that:
- virtual items are a limited licence to use them inside the game — you do not own them;
- they have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and cannot be transferred, sold, or traded outside the game;
- we may change, rebalance, or discontinue any virtual item, price, or reward as the game is developed and balanced;
- if your account is deleted or banned, any virtual items on it are lost.
The game does not currently sell anything for real money. If paid items are introduced, they will be sold through Google Play billing, and refunds will follow Google Play’s refund policy and any rights you have under your local law.
6. The service
The game is an online service. Matches require a connection to our servers, and we may:
- change, update, suspend, or discontinue features — or the game itself — at any time;
- take servers offline for maintenance;
- adjust game balance, which may change how strong your units and cards are.
We do not promise the game will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for problems caused by your device, your network, or your app store.
7. Our content
The game, its code, art, sound, name, and logo belong to us or to our licensors, and are protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you.
8. Disclaimer and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the game is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, for lost progress or virtual items, or for any loss arising from your use of the game.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here removes the statutory consumer rights you have where you live.
9. Ending the agreement
You may stop playing and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these terms, or if we discontinue the game.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as the game changes. The “last updated” date at the top of the page changes when we do, and the current version always lives at this URL. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
TODO — set the governing jurisdiction before publishing. These terms are governed by the laws of that jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute — subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your own country of residence.
